Japanese bento





You want to get cleaner dishes, filling and frugal usually bring food brought from home instead? Food is then wrapped in food containers are commonly referred to as "lunch box" or "lunch box". The Japanese also have a habit to carry food supplies from home, with the same reasons. These provisions called Bento while the container is called bento bako. Currently, commonly taken as a bento lunch to school, to the office, a picnic, or other special occasions.
Bento Types:  
1. Hinomaru Bento: Bento simple which consists of white rice with umeboshi (pickled plum) is placed in the middle. Bento appearance is reminiscent of the figure of the Japanese flag, so called Hinomaru. 
 2. Noriben: Bento is not less simple with Hinomaru bento. A rice-covered nori dipped shouyu (Japanese soy sauce).  
3. Sokuben: Approximately bento express meaning. Which includes this type is Ekiben bento, Soraben, and Tamaben. Soraben is bento which went on sale at the airport since 2000, usually eaten while waiting for the arrival of the aircraft or during flight. Tamaben means bento are sold at the Nagoya Dome, one of the baseball stadium. 
 4. Sushizume: Bento is filled with sushi.  
5. Maku no Uchi Bento: Bento classic consisting of rice and umeboshi salmon with a side dish of boiled, fried eggs, etc.. 
 6. Charaben (read: kyaraben): Bento is decorated in such a way that is shaped like a person, animal, anime-manga tokah, etc..  
7. Shoukadou Bento: Bento in which it is divided into four boxes.
